B.Ed of Education is a three-year degree course. The course focuses on physical fitness and the training associated with it. Students who study physical education are prepared for a career as a teacher or a fitness trainer.
BEd Physical Education involves development of the psychomotor skills and exposes the students to various skill-based exercises such as bowling, hiking etc alongside various other interdisciplinary subjects to ensure the holistic education of the student.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed Physical Education
1. Successful completion of graduation in any course stream like B. A, B.Sc. etc. from a recognized university/college.
2. The candidate must have also scored an aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation
3. A reduction has been in place for the SC/ST students up to 45% which can be availed if the students have the required documentation to prove their claim.
Admission Process
1. Colleges publish notice of admission on their website from June when most Indian universities would have finished degree exams.
2. Candidate to apply for each college, as each college considers each mark the cut-off mark.
3. Some private colleges and deemed universities perform their counselling process by conducting their university-level entrance exams.
4. Some colleges require a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination.
5. Candidates who qualify for the test are called for an interview before the final seat allotment.
Career after B.Ed Physical Education
After graduating, students can pursue a variety of post-graduate courses, such as the M.Ed. (Master of Education), M.A. (Master of Arts), or Ph.D., to further advance their knowledge in the field.
Physical Education degree will find an array of job opportunities in health clubs, sports coaching, sports management, and business. Other career paths available to BEd Physical Education graduates include being a school administrator, college or university athletic director, sports instructor, or health club sports officer.
